Yesterday in the early morning, the police were called by residents of the neighborhood near the Pantin-Bobigny-Raymond-Queneau metro station, on the borders of Paris.
A car is stopped, driven by a young woman looking for a hospital, and carrying a bloodied young man.
First aid is provided on the spot by the emergency services but cannot prevent the death of the victim.
During the day, the Seine-Saint-Denis judicial police, in charge of the investigation, surveyed the neighborhood and arrested a suspect named Keneff in the early afternoon.
The 39-year-old already has eight fewer convictions.
In 2017, he was sentenced to one year in prison for committing a homophobic assault, traveling to Bordeaux to assault a young man.
He is the son of the actress Firmine Richard, actress in various films (including "
Huit Femmes
", by François Ozon, released in 2002, and the series "
Host family
"), and activist of the Paris socialist party.
According to a police source quoted by
Le Parisien
, before yesterday's tragedy, the attacker and his victim would have had "
a dispute on social networks
".
The victim would have arrived in the early morning at the home of Firmine Richard and her son Keneff.
The latter would then have pursued and stabbed him in the street, more than ten times, again according to a police source.
