The Starnberg police caught three water sports enthusiasts on Lake Starnberg at the weekend who were not properly out and about.
In all three cases, those affected must expect a fine.

"It shows again and again that many water sports enthusiasts do not know the existing rules or simply do not take them seriously," said a police spokesman.
A 17-year-old Stockdorf resident was checked at around 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon in front of Possenhofen.
Although he had attached an electric outboard motor to his rubber dinghy, the necessary license plate was missing - he would not get one without the necessary permit.
The young person, who was completely unapologetic during the inspection, is subject to a fine, the amount of which is determined by the district office.
Even a 47-year-old from Starnberg can be prepared for a fine because he was traveling to Tutzing on Sunday afternoon in his sailing boat with an engine, but without a permit.
The third fine report of the weekend comes to a 46-year-old from Munich.
The officers noticed him because he was crossing the fish sanctuary on Rose Island in his canoe.
