The high-altitude anticyclone is bringing generally sunny weather to the southeastern coast of China and the northern part of the South China Sea.
The Observatory predicts that the weather in Hong Kong will be partly cloudy at the beginning of today.
It is generally fine and hot during the day, with a maximum temperature of about 30 degrees.
Slight to moderate east to southeast winds.
Looking forward to the mid to late part of the week it will be cloudy with a few rain patches.

The Transport Department stated that in order to cope with the Saigon Highway improvement project, all vehicles on Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) near Tai Po Tsai Village will be scheduled on April 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, and 27. On Sunday, 28th and 29th, from 0:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. daily, the Saigon Highway Tunnel to the Saigon Highway (northbound) is temporarily prohibited.
Affected vehicles will be diverted via Clear Water Bay Road (westbound), the slip road from Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) to Clear Water Bay Road (eastbound) near Ta Kwu Ling New Village, Clear Water Bay Road (eastbound), and near Ka Villa Lam goes from the slip road from Clear Water Bay Road (eastbound) to Saigon Highway (northbound) to Saigon Highway (northbound).
Motorists please be extra careful and patience.
Appropriate traffic signs will be set up at the relevant locations to guide motorists.
