The maintenance workshops of the Hasaka Electricity Company have completed the repair work of the Darbasiyah 20/66 KV power transmission station, which was decommissioned yesterday due to the outbreak of a fire in the station.
In a statement to the SANA reporter, the company’s general manager, Eng. Anwar Akla, confirmed that the station has been brought into service and the tension line feeding to Alouk Wells water station will be resumed. Water pumping operations will be resumed.
The Ad-Darbasiyah substation in the north of the governorate is considered the main source for supplying the Allouk wells water station with electrical current, and it was out of service due to a fire in the cell hall in the station.
