A Starnberg restaurateur is said not to have been squeamish with his employee in September 2019.
These days, the 46-year-old man was sitting in the dock of the Starnberg District Court for willful assault.
He is accused of having beaten his former servant (33) badly in the dispute.

“That was probably the reason for the redness on the neck,” speculated the 46-year-old.
Because his employee was drunk, she "may have fallen on the way home," he also said about the woman's recorded injuries.
The 33-year-old described the night of the crime from her perspective.
Accordingly, the anger arose in the course of a boozy round of restaurant employees after the restaurant closed, when the restaurateur made advances to her friend, who was also working there: "I saw that he was making advances." When she then confronted her boss, he had her badly beaten: “I know that 100 percent.
He hit me brutally, grabbed my head and hit a board. ”When she was lying on the ground, he kicked her.
“I thought he was going to kill me.” As a result of the attack, she still suffers from headaches, insomnia and panic attacks every day.
The 33-year-old and her friend only went to the hospital and the police in the evening hours of the following day and reported the matter.
When the 46-year-old was reported sick, the employment relationship also ended.
A verdict for the so far innocent defendant has not yet been reached.
A taxi driver's testimony should help to clarify the situation.
The man drove the injured party home after the dispute and is supposed to testify about the woman's injuries.
