Government puts federal emergency brake on the way

From certain infection rates, binding nationwide guidelines should apply. According to the German Press Agency, the Federal Cabinet agreed on this.

The Federal Cabinet has decided to change the Infection Protection Act.

As a result, people in large parts of Germany have to adjust to exit restrictions and closed shops according to binding national guidelines.

The German press agency found out on Tuesday in Berlin.

The Reuters news agency had previously reported on a corresponding draft from the Federal Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Interior.
