A man shot at a vehicle and hit a 10-year-old child. Shots were fired early Tuesday afternoon in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis). According to our information, a man with a gun fired at a vehicle where a man and his 10-year-old daughter were. The latter was seriously injured. The shooter is on the run.
