A customer of the "Lohner Landbäcker" bakery did not see this and wrote a letter of complaint.
The managing director published this along with a clear statement on Facebook.

The man who describes himself as a “regular customer” wanted to shop in a branch of the bakery.
However, without wearing a mask.
When the saleswoman pointed out the mask requirement in the store, the customer stated that he had a doctor's certificate exempting him from wearing a mask.
However, he did not want to show it.
Even a conversation with the saleswoman's superior could not resolve the situation.
The man then had to leave the shop without baked goods - and complained.
In a long letter to the owner of the bakery, the person who refused to make a mask describes the behavior of the sales team as “customer-hostile” and “illegal”.
The man claims that he is not required to submit his medical certificate.
The man claims to have found a violation of the Equal Treatment Act and even speaks of legal action against the company.
He also demands that the seller be checked for alleged "labor law violations".
Nevertheless, he has already announced his next purchase in the bakery - again without a mask.
After the complaint, the bakery boss announces: "Can buy his rolls elsewhere"
But it will not get that far, at least if the manager of the bakery has its way.
Because he has no understanding for the mask refuser.
In a statement on Facebook, he describes the customer as a “stinking boot” and announces that under no circumstances will “legal action be taken against the exemplary employee.” On the contrary, he is very happy and grateful that “she and her colleagues are so do a good job and even be friendly to such ... "
Owner van Lengerich makes one more thing clear: Only those who wear a mask are allowed to shop in his bakery.
“We owe that to our employees, because none of them have been vaccinated yet,” he makes clear.

The baker's Facebook post then went viral and garnered over 1,800 likes and over 500 comments.
