A second-hand 3-room apartment in Hadera was recently sold for NIS 830,000.

This is a 65 sqm apartment on the 1st of 3 floors in a building on Yitzhak Ben Zvi Street in the Brandeis neighborhood of the city.

According to data from the Yad2 website, the apartment was put up for sale at a asking price of NIS 900,000, and after not being sold for 52 days, the price dropped to NIS 870,000.

Only after 15 days, and a total of 67 days from the publication of the initial ad (more than two months), the price dropped to NIS 830,000 and the deal was closed.

The sale price is about 7.8% lower than the first asking price (discount of NIS 70,000).
