Police announced today (Wednesday) that an investigation has been opened following a suspicion of abusing toddlers at a home in Ashkelon.
One of the kindergarten teachers (71) was arrested for questioning.
The investigation began last week when parents of a two-year-old toddler complained to police that they suspected their son was being abused and violent.
According to them, there were several times he returned from the home with bruises on his body.

They were released on parole from the kindergarten for 15 days.
In light of the investigators' suspicions about the fourth kindergarten teacher, she was arrested this morning for questioning on suspicion of abuse and assault causing damage. She allegedly used violence against some of the toddlers. The teacher will be brought to the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court with a request to extend her detention.
