A strong easterly wind is affecting the coast of Guangdong.
At 5 o'clock in the morning (15th), Tropical Storm Shuliji gathered about 160 kilometers west-southwest of Yap Island. It is expected to move slowly to the west-northwest, generally towards the sea east of the Philippines, and gradually strengthen.
The Observatory predicts that the weather in Hong Kong will be generally cloudy today with a few rain patches.
The highest temperature is about 25 degrees.

The Transport Department stated that due to strong winds, special traffic and transportation arrangements have been implemented on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road. The maximum speed limit on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Link Road has been reduced from 100 kilometers per hour to 50 kilometers per hour.
