For the last time in his tenure, this morning (Thursday) President Reuven Rivlin will host the broadcast and the Outstanding Soldiers Ceremony on Independence Day from the President's House under the title "All Israel from Jerusalem."
Following the instructions of the struggle in Corona, "All Israel from Jerusalem - Celebrating Independence at the President's House" will be broadcast with a recorded broadcast, followed by a ceremony of the 120 outstanding soldiers in a live broadcast.
The special salute to the State of Israel will be broadcast on all television channels on the morning of the 73rd Independence Day, starting at 09:30 for about an hour and a half.
This year, due to the guidelines for the struggle in Corona, "All Israel from Jerusalem - Celebrating Independence at the President's House" will be broadcast in two parts: the first part of the broadcast was pre-recorded under the direction of Rotem Abohav, with the participation of singers Eliad Nahum and Esther Rada.
Along with President Rivlin, Israelis from all over the country will also celebrate with a special salute to volunteers, education staff and medical staff.
