Tan Tsai rice noodles will be listed in Hong Kong stocks!

Tan Tsai International, the parent company of "Tan Tsai Yunnan Rice Noodles" and "Tan Tsai Sange Rice Noodles", has submitted listing applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Guotai Junan is the sole sponsor.

The Tan Tsai and San Ge brands have more than 24 years of history. According to the preliminary prospectus, Tan Tsai International operates a total of 148 restaurants, including 72 Tan Tsai restaurants and 72 San Ge restaurants covering 18 districts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. For the nine months ended December last year, Tan Tsai International had revenue of 1.298 billion yuan and profit of 231 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.6%.
