The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued a communiqué requesting all public authorities to appoint or contract with graduates of technical observers institutes who were committed to serving the state prior to the issuance of Resolution No. 61 dated 2-8-2006, which included canceling the commitment for accepted students, starting from the 2006-2007 academic year.
The report, which Sanaa received a copy of, included a number of criteria approved for appointment, including the necessity for the graduate to be prior to the institute on the date on which the commitment came into effect, otherwise he would have benefited from the opportunity to appoint or contract previously for the institute’s certificate in addition to the public authorities ’need for graduates in the event that the necessary accreditation and vacancy exist for that or contracted with a contract. Annual in the event that the vacancy is not available and that the requirements for those accepted for appointment or contract are determined according to a job description card and a specific work center.
The notification specified a period of three months for submitting the application for appointment or contracting with the agency to which it is secreted, starting from the day following the date of issuance of this communication for those who meet the above-mentioned conditions at risk of forfeiting the right to appoint or contract.
