Today, Cham Wings Airlines resumed its direct flights from Damascus to Moscow, after a period of suspension due to the repercussions of the new Corona pandemic in the world.

According to a company statement, SANA received a copy of it, and the company’s flight took off today at nine o'clock in the morning from Damascus International Airport to the Sheremetyeva International Airport in Moscow, with 71 passengers on board, in addition to a shipment of Syrian strawberries.

It is noteworthy that Cham Wings Airlines will continue its regular flights to the Russian capital, Moscow, as part of a "code sharing" agreement with Syrian Airlines, whereby a flight is executed for each of them every Sunday every week, alternately, and the traveler can use the ticket of one of the two carriers.

The first flight of Syrian Airlines to the Russian Vnukvu airport took off from Damascus International Airport on April 11th, marking the regular restart of air transport between the two countries in front of travelers, amid health measures that ensure safe transportation for them.

Cham Wings Company is still operating its direct flights from Damascus International Airport to Muscat, Kuwait, Erbil, Baghdad, Beirut, Tehran, Yerevan “Armenia”, Benghazi and Qamishli, in addition to indirect flights to Riyadh and Dubai and is preparing to launch the first flight to Karachi in the Republic of Pakistan soon.
