It's a sounding score which shows that the left is continuing its plunge towards the abyss.
There were indeed, in our electoral history, crushing defeats for the left.
Thus, the regional elections of 1992, which have long been considered a rout, placed left, environmentalists and extreme left at 44.67% of the vote.
If we make the same total for the legislative elections of March 1993, the left's score is 39%.
