The scene seems to emerge from an improbable "Lucky Luke in the Land of the Soviets". Wrapped up in their anoraks, behind a mountain of multicolored suitcases, the figures huddled in the back of a wooden platform roll painfully on a rusty railroad track through the frozen North Korean countryside, pushed with the force of the wrist . It is by this incongruous means that this family of Russian diplomat stationed in Pyongyang left the “hermit kingdom” in February to join the mother country, for lack of alternative, in full pandemic.
