He revealed that when he was about to change trains, he was intercepted by off-duty police officers and MTR staff and accused him of "not wearing a good mask and violent violence."

Later, a uniformed policeman reinforced him and took him to the station master’s room. The off-duty policeman made a report on the grounds of "speaking foul language". He joked in a post, "I have a chance to be the first political figure to be prosecuted for speaking foul language on the subway. Prove how much I posted."

Wong Siu-kin revealed in a post that he was taking the MTR today and was going to transfer trains. He was intercepted by someone. There is also a precedent for prosecution by the MTR for foul language. In early May 2019, a male passenger blocked the door from closing at MTR Lok Fu Station. During this period, MTR staff rushed to dissuade the man, but the man swearing violently and MTR subsequently called the police deal with.

The whole process was filmed, and the short film went viral on the Internet.

The MTR subsequently stated that it had cited the MTR bylaws to indict the man involved in two counts, including obstructing the door of the car and making vulgar words. The two counts can be fined up to a maximum of $7,000.

The man involved finally pleaded guilty and was fined 1,000 yuan.
