The Knesset member was a guest on Network 13, and when asked about the denial of MK Ben Gvir as a partner, and the acceptance of Ahmad Tibi, she replied: "He is a Jew - my standards are higher than his."
MK Meirav Ben-Ari of the Yesh Atid party was a guest today (Tuesday) at a panel on the "Morning World" of Network 13, along with other guests, including "Israel Today" reporter, Daniel Roth-Avnery.

During the debate, MK Ben-Ari was asked if she would agree to cooperate with Itamar Ben-Gvir, who ruled out the possibility outright without confusion. Immediately afterwards, another guest on the panel, Yotam Zimri, tapped the MK and asked her: In a moment, what do you say about collaborating with Ahmad Tibi and the Balad party?
- This question has been answered emphatically by a member of the Yesh Atid party, and its attempt to evade a clear answer has further complicated it.
"Ben Gvir is a Jew like me and therefore my standards are higher than him," MK Ben-Ari tried to explain the disqualification of Ahmad Tibi and the Balad party on her part, compared to the quick and decisive rejection of MK Ben Gvir. She was late: "Wow, this is a terrible sentence - this is racism." Israel Today reporter Daniel Roth-Avnery added: "Are there any discounts for those who come from the Arab sector?"
"I expect the Jews not to be racist towards others," MK Ben-Ari answered questions addressed to her, with the panel's responses heard in the background: "And Westerners, don't you expect that?"
