On March 4, 2021, the Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR) rendered its judgment in the lawsuit brought against me concerning the financing of my presidential campaign in 1995. It released me from the charge of complicity in the abuse of property social; she also released me from the charge of concealment of misuse of social property. Thus, nothing remains of the campaign of slander organized against me. It is established that I am in no way concerned by the so-called Karachi affair, a criminal attack which cost the lives of eleven of our compatriots, of which twenty years after the justice has failed to shed light on either the perpetrators or the real motives .
I am in a position to compare my personal experience of the functioning of this jurisdiction with what I had wished for by passing a constitutional reform in 1993 relating to the judgment of those in power.
