The following information must be provided: surname, first name, date of birth, address and a telephone number that can be easily reached.
Registration is only possible by email (not by phone) to sonderimichtung@kreis-fs.de.

A maximum of three people can be registered per e-mail; from the fourth person onwards, this and others will not be taken into account when assigning appointments.

Registration required
For the special vaccination campaign, the invitation will not be made via the registration portal of the Free State, but additional registration is necessary for a smooth process on Saturday.
The registered office will then be contacted by the District Office.
