The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, explained in his morning conference how expanding his Sembrando Vida plan to Central America could help the migration crisis.
López Obrador said that he will propose to Biden to grant work visas to peasants who work in the fields, which would help curb migration and also contribute to sustainability and climate change.
