Analía Maldonado's partner had 7 complaints of injuries, violence and sexual abuse: he is a fugitive and accused of femicide

In Los Toldos they knew about the complaints and the mistreatment to which he had subjected his former partners.

For this reason, when

Samuel Llanos (40)

began a relationship with

Analía Cecilia Maldonado (40)

, her friends became concerned.

In a short time they were living together and

the bond became violent.

Llanos is a bodybuilder, has a gym and had been a municipal employee.

He worked as a transit staff but his contract was canceled after complaints from his ex-partners.

Antonella was in a relationship with him for two years and they had a daughter who is now 9. He already had two others, the product of previous relationships, aged 20 and 21. 

Analía Maldonado and Samuel Llanos went to live together during the last year.

"He treated me badly in front of people, he humiliated me. I made the last complaint because he came to my house to want to hit me.

I felt alone because I went to the police station and they told me I was violent but he stayed there,"

The last time they heard from Analía was on Saturday night, when the neighbors heard screams at Mariano Moreno's house 757. Analía did not denounce Llanos, who had a long record.

The first complaint was from a woman on December 10, 2009

, intervened by the Prosecutor's Office No. 9 of Junín and the Justice of the Peace of General Viamonte.

The following year, on December 17, 2010, the mother of his daughter denounced him for theft and domestic violence. Prosecutor No. 4 intervened in this case and, again, the General Viamonte Justice of the Peace.

He did it again in July 2012 for gender violence. 

In May 2016 another case in which the Prosecutor N ° 9 intervened for minor injuries and family violence.

As in January 2017, in which the UFI 6 intervened, always responding to the General Viamonte Justice of the Peace.

Two days later,

another family member reported him again for family violence.

In March 2017, he again had a case against him, but this time for sexual abuse, with the intervention of the UFI 6 and the same court.

All these complaints were registered as "infraction of law 12569". 

Samuel and Analía met at the gym that he has in Los Toldos.

The last one is dated February 8, 2020 again for serious injuries and family violence by a relative.

Llanos' strategy to silence women or family members who dared to report it is repeated in other contexts affected by gender violence.

Before several of the causes,

he presented counter-complaints for threats or minor injuries.

He also allegedly accused one of his partners because - according to his testimony - he did not allow him to see one of his children.

Since March 20, 2020, there have been 279 femicides, 8 transfemicides and 20 linked femicides of adult males and children, according to data collected by the “Adriana Marisel Zambrano” Observatory of Femicides in Argentina, who directs La Casa del Encuentro.

Of that total,

35 of the femicides had already been reported and had a history of violence.

Another 18 were members of the security forces.

Between January and December 2020, line 144 received 108 thousand communications from people, mostly women, asking for help or advice to report situations of violence.
