According to the police, the 31-year-old suffered life-threatening injuries.

At around 5 p.m., the driver in the Hofoldinger Forest area - for an unexplained cause - turned right off the road in his Mercedes.
The van rolled over several times in the adjacent green belt before it finally came to rest behind the guardrail.

The fire brigade had to free the 31-year-old from the vehicle.
The critically injured man was then flown to a Munich hospital by a rescue helicopter.
His passenger was able to leave the car slightly injured.

A lane had to be closed for about an hour and a half to record the accident.
According to the police, however, there were only minor traffic delays.
The officials estimate the damage to property at around 15,000 euros.
The police recently pulled a drunk driver (29) out of traffic in Otterfing.
The man had to surrender his driver's license.
