"I want to tell Congress to please put aside the hostile rhetoric on immigration," said former US President George W. Bush.
The ex-president assured that although he does not want to tell the United States Congress how to work, he does want to express to both Republicans and Democrats that they should put aside what he considered a game to try to win political points with the immigration issue.
For Bush, both parties must work together to be more respectful of immigrants and finally reform the US immigration system.
