A verdict was reached in Derek Chauvin's trial in the death of George Floyd, according to a notice posted on the Hennepin County Court website.
"A verdict has been reached and will be read between 3: 30-4: 00 pm on Tuesday, April 20," local time, according to the notice.
The jurors deliberated for 4 hours this Monday and resumed deliberation this morning at 8 am local time.
The court did not specify in the notice when the jurors stopped deliberating.
Chauvin is charged with the counts of willful manslaughter, eminently manslaughter in an act, and involuntary manslaughter, of which he has pleaded not guilty.
