Costs of more than half a million euros have come together for the residential project on Predazzoallee so far.
This resulted in a request from the SPD and the Greens.
Hallbergmoos - Sabrina Brosch and Stefan Kronner, parliamentary group spokesmen for the Greens and the SPD, wanted to know from Helmut Ecker (2nd Mayor) how much money the municipality had already spent before the project stopped.
So far, around 417,000 euros have been paid out for the architect, project management, planner and expert opinion.
602,000 euros were estimated.
For the administration, the effort for the supervision of the project is given as 1550 hours.
Brosch wants to take a closer look at the ten properties
In addition, the two speakers have asked for a list of all communal land that is suitable for communal housing - even if they are already over-planned for other measures.
Here the applicants were given a list of a total of ten properties.
“We'll take a closer look at them,” says Brosch.
"Even if we have to start from scratch again," adds Kronner.
The two groups were also interested in the planning status for the Tassiloweg multi-generation house project.
According to the administration, the planners involved are commissioned with the preliminary planning up to and including service phase 2.
The costs for this are estimated at around 822,000 euros.
Almost 675,000 euros of this has already been paid out.
The project costs are taken into account in the budget for 2021 and the following years.
