Chauvin was fired from the Minneapolis Police Department and charged with multiple counts of murder in the death of George Floyd.

Only two of the 18 complaints were "closed with discipline," according to a public summary by Internal Affairs from the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD).

Chauvin worked as an off-duty police officer for the club for nearly 17 years, Santamaría said.
