Máximo Torero, chief economist at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), explains that according to a recently published report, the Latin American region suffers the most from access to food as a consequence of the economic recession generated by the pandemic.
Torero says that South America has more worrying numbers than Central America.
