The temperature in Mexico continues to rise at an accelerated rate, even higher than the world average, warn researchers who associate the phenomenon with climate change.

According to a report by the National Water Commission, the temperature in the country increased last year by 1.4 degrees, while the global average was 0.98 degrees.
