Petershausen / Munich - An elderly, demented and schizophrenic man (78) who sexually abused three elderly women in a nursing home in Petershausen between 2019 and 2020 has to stay in a psychiatric hospital.
After a two-day main hearing before the Munich II district court, there was only this decision for Judge Martin Hofmann's criminal chamber.
The 78-year-old, who was otherwise considered a nice gentleman and was only noticed in other facilities with an above-average appetite, had apparently kept an eye on the three victims and could not let go of them.
Although the nursing staff always had an eye on him, the forces could not keep him from his attacks.
The man was found guilty of eleven cases of serious sexual assault, one case of rape and one case of bodily harm in a state of waiver of guilt.
He was unable to take part in the process because of his disoriented state.
