Many of the educational foundations that establish a culture of resistance and a resisting people were discussed in the symposium held by the Arab Writers Union entitled the Resistant Educational Curriculum with the participation of a number of researchers.

Researcher Al-Arqam Al-Zoubi, a member of the executive office of the Writers' Union who ran the symposium, opened with the comprehensive meanings of resistance, the need to work on talking about it, and the importance of its existence in educational thought.

Researcher Father Anthony Hanania considered that it is necessary to work on building a new resistance concept that is formed with the educational concept to confront modern developments and educate the generation on the emergence of camp resistance in the face of the occupation, and this is what Syria is constantly seeking and working on, which made it a target for the conspirators, so the generation must understand that Palestine Al-Quds is a goal that cannot be abandoned.

In turn, Prof. Dr. Sam Ammar explained that it is imperative to activate the concepts and values ​​of resistance, and to focus on the cognitive and sensory aspect and the values ​​of the resistance as it supports the protection of honor, the homeland and the people, and if it were not for the existence of the resistance spirit, the projects of the new Middle East would succeed and the control of the Zionist entity.

He pointed out that there must be a resistant educational curriculum and work to build it in a strong way and that the culture of resistance is the basis and that it does not contradict with scientific progress, and this is what we must start with with our children in a solid way, and that the teacher and professor be an example in that.

Dr. Mahmoud Diab pointed out that the components of the resistant educational curriculum are rooted in resistance to be a historical curriculum that rejects normalization and the national imbalance in which the enemy works to be present. Resistance.

Through the symposium, Archbishop Atallah Hanna sent an audio message in which he indicated the role of the resistance in destabilizing the enemy's confidence, weakening his hope, its role in liberation, and what Syria is doing in this direction.

The symposium was attended by Dr. Mohamed Al-Hourani, President of the Arab Writers Union and members of the Executive Office.
