"a twin amendment" that
may appear in the future law on confidence in the judicial institution, which will soon arrive before the National Assembly, in order to clarify the contours of criminal irresponsibility. In this case, that of a perpetrator having acted under the influence of a delusional puff because of the regular consumption of psychotropic drugs.

In article 122-1 of the penal code, which defines penal irresponsibility, the deputy proposes simply to add at the end of the first paragraph stipulating that
