The two people from Peitinger regularly walk from the market town to Schongau and are always appalled by the legacies of fellow citizens who obviously don't know how to behave, as they say.

"Everything is lying around, from beer bottles to McDonalds packaging," raves Waltraud Gutteck.
"Somehow, Schongau doesn't get it right, it's taking on unbelievable proportions now," says the Peitinger woman with clear words.
There are also piles of rubbish at the soaking basin.
She is also appalled by the various legacies - “and the heaps are not made up of dogs”, which her husband confirms audibly in the background.
She has already called the Schongau public order office and reported the garbage.
There they were referred to the security guard, who also regularly check the celebration places.
“No way, the security guard has everything under control.
Peitinger has to come first and tell the Schongauer where the fire is, ”says Waltraud Gutteck.
The city of Schongau is of course familiar with the garbage problem, "and it's our turn," as Alexander Erhard from the head office emphasizes.
“Indeed, people throw everything away.
And there is an extremely high amount of garbage. ”It was recently discussed that the garbage cans in the urban area should now also be emptied once a week.
This means that the employees from the building yard are not only out on Mondays and Fridays, an additional team also moves out on Wednesdays.
“This is also annoying because there are no employees elsewhere.” The building yard also receives support from the city gardening department, which takes care of the numerous green strips along the streets. "We are making every effort and we appeal to the population to please take their rubbish back home with you," said Erhard. In order to empty all the trash cans, the employees of the building yard have their hands full in the truest sense of the word, there are at least 70 trash cans in the outdoor area and 36 in the old town. Erhard, on the other hand, considers a “Ramadama” to be rather difficult in times of Corona. "We'd have to see how that can be organized."
