Dr. Kurt Kotrschal
, 67, is one of three founders of the Wolf Science Center in Ernstbrunn, Austria.
In the wolf research center, the biologist primarily takes care of hand-rearing and handling of the animals.
His research fields include the social relationships of wolves as well as their behavior and certain aspects of cooperative behavior.
He has published numerous publications and counts working with people, dogs and wolves "one of the highlights of my life".
