During Carrie Lam's visit to Guangzhou, the Secretary for Innovation and Technology Xue Yongheng, the Secretary for Financial Affairs and the Treasury Xu Zhengyu and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Commissioner Yuan Minzhong accompanied him.
