The Examination and Assessment Bureau explained that due to the large number of candidates in the two subjects, it is difficult to accommodate all the affected candidates in the adjacent examination room. The Lijing Assessment Center of the Examination and Evaluation Bureau is a reserve examination room in the adjacent area and can accommodate more candidates.
The HKEAA stated that it has notified the candidates involved through email and SMS, and will post a notice at the entrance of the original examination room to remind candidates to change the arrangement of the examination room.

As for the invigilators, the HKEAA stated that since the staff of the Catholic Chongde English College were unable to serve as test administrators on April 23, 24, and 26, the HKEAA would arrange for the invigilators from outside schools who were originally assigned to the exam venue, as well as others. Hire an examination room director and an invigilator to assist in the examination of the two examination rooms.
