In addition, the bureau pointed out that if the employer of the affected foreign domestic helper directly booked a room in the "Designated Quarantine Hotel Program" hotel for the foreign domestic helper to undergo quarantine, and the foreign domestic helper is affected by government policies and cannot come to Hong Kong, it will be in accordance with the agreement between the hotel and the government According to the terms of the contract, the hotel must return the relevant payment to the employer of the foreign domestic helper.
Employers can discuss refund matters directly with the hotel.
