When can you advertise on banners on federal highway 472 in Bad Heilbrunn?
This question was on the agenda at the recent Council meeting.
Bad Heilbrunn - community employee Hans Keller explained the proposals for regulation.
On the one hand, there was the idea that the Am Zwieselhang banners should only be used to advertise events that take place within a radius of 30 kilometers.
"I don't know how important it is that, for example, for events in Rosenheim, advertising is hanging in Heilbrunn for months," said Mayor Thomas Gründl (CSU).
"The posters don't necessarily embellish the townscape."
New regulations for billposting in Heilbrunn
Here, however, the opinions differed.
Manuela Kragler (Greens) was against the idea of a perimeter limitation.
“I always found it good that people were informed about events like that,” she argued.
Anton Krinner (Free Voters), on the other hand, even pleaded for a radius limitation of 15 kilometers and advocated that in the event of competition for a fee-based banner place, a Heilbrunn company should always be preferred.
Norbert Deppisch (Greens) also liked this idea.
Josef Rohrmoser also spoke out in favor of the 15-kilometer rule.
"If nothing hangs there for a few weeks, the townscape is anything but destroyed," he said.
In the end, only Kragler voted against the 15-kilometer radius limit.
Event advertisements are only allowed three weeks before the event
Furthermore, the councils unanimously agreed that advertising banners may only be hung up three weeks before the start of the relevant event and that they must be removed again immediately after the event.
Generally - according to the third decision - companies from Bad Heilbrunn are preferred for their event advertising.
