In 2014 the sentimental relationship between

Rocío Oliva
traveled through very dissimilar lanes.

The ruling favors Rocío Oliva.
Google must remove the video in which Maradona assaults her.
In another section of the ruling it is highlighted that "... GOOGLE INC. Must, within two days and until the substantive issue is resolved, carry out the necessary steps in order to proceed with the blocking, de-indexing and elimination, in immediate form, of the links of Mrs. ROCIO GERALDINE OLIVA ISLAS with the sites where the intimate video where the plaintiff is involved is exhibited,
indexed against her will
, and to all the pages that refer to the plaintiff already said video, in the denounced sites, which are accessed through the search engines of the action ".
