Frazier was 17 years old when he recorded Floyd's death with his cell phone and was a witness in the case against former police officer Derek Chauvin, who was convicted of unintentional manslaughter caused during the commission of a felony, unintentional manslaughter with contempt for the life and accidental homicide.
