On Monday, April 19, the 28-year-old was walking past the shared residence when the 31-year-old threw the two-kilogram metal figure at him from a window on the second floor.
After failing to hit, the older brother threatened to shoot him with a gas pistol.
The younger one saw himself in danger and dialed the police emergency number 110.

15 police patrols rushed to the apartment block around 1:35 p.m. where the police-known brothers live.
Both are single and live in the same apartment.
The 31-year-old logistics manager and the 28-year-old real estate agent have repeatedly fought fierce money disputes in the past, the police said.
It is not known why the two clashed on Monday.

The police broke into the house, the officers arrested the 31-year-old in the apartment and found three gas pistols and a small gun license that belonged to the older brother.
The officers secured pistols and a gun license and informed the district office.
Police took up the case, but released the 31-year-old after reporting him for dangerous physical harm and threat.
The criminal investigation department has started the investigation.
