Despite the ruling of the federal Justice that ordered to wait for the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice to keep the schools open, the City of Buenos Aires lives this Wednesday a new day of face-to-face classes.

In this context, the Buenos Aires attorney general, Gustavo Astarloa, explained what was the legal basis to maintain the presence and assured that the situation will not change until the highest court is pronounced.

"Here we are dealing with strict adherence to legality, the first ruling is valid, the current one, in the decision known last night there is an excess of jurisdiction and an abuse of authority, that is why we believe that the Buenos Aires government should continue to abide by the first decision and that is the opinion that I transmitted to the head of Government, "explained Astarloa in statements to radio Rivadavia.
