The nationwide Corona emergency brake will take effect this weekend.
These rules apply from Saturday, about which the district office informs:
Contact restrictions: A household may only meet one additional person, not counting children up to 14 years of age.
The restrictions do not apply if spouses and life partners exercise their custody and access rights.
Mutual free childcare is no longer allowed.
Curfew: You are not allowed to leave your apartment or garden between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Exceptions are the defense against health risks for humans and animals.
In Bavaria (unlike in the federal government), nocturnal jogging and walks are prohibited, but walking is still allowed.
Trade: Because the district of Erding has had an incidence of over 150 for three days, from Monday, April 26, only shops that offer goods for daily needs, such as pharmacies, supermarkets and drugstores, are allowed to open.
All others have to switch back to "Click & Collect", ie collection after ordering.
Hairdressing services as well as foot, hand, nail and face care may continue to be offered, but only with an appointment and submission of a negative corona test that is no more than 24 hours old.
Gastronomy: To-go sales are still permitted, but not during the night curfew.
Schools / daycare centers: Because the incidence in the Erding district on Monday will be over 100 for the third week in a row, distance teaching and homeschooling will remain.
Alternating or face-to-face lessons with a minimum interval are only allowed in the fourth, eleventh and final classes.
The FOS / BOS Erding takes a special route.
For the time being, only exams and performance surveys will take place in person.
All classes are now only taught online, says school principal Jens Baumgärtel.
