The Executive Director General of the Syrian Telecom Company, Engineer Saif Al-Din Al-Hassan, confirmed that the new stage of the electronic service is the transition from paper to electronic transactions through the request for the service to be extracted through the website and specifying the address in detail to which the service is to be delivered within 24 hours on average.

Al-Hassan indicated in a statement to SANA that the transfer process is the future step of the government, whereby citizens can obtain their treatment in a transparent, fair and without procedural complications and pay service fees through the Syrian Company for Connected Payments with all public and private banks.

Engineer Al-Hassan pointed out that the construction of the basic electronic center within the company was carried out by national cadres (programmers and designers) after preparing the place with the infrastructure, and coordination is done with the state sectors to determine the electronic services required to be provided to citizens, conducting the necessary programming and defining the mandates, pointing at the same time to the difficulties facing the Syrian Telecom Company. In terms of securing the supply of equipment due to the coercive measures imposed on Syria, as it is a national company that provides telecommunications services to citizens.

Yamani pointed to the transition to a new stage with more specialized services. As for the services of the Ministry of Higher Education, a service is provided with a statement of the status of a delegate and a document committed to developing regions and not applying for higher studies, and for the Ministry of Education services, a certified copy of the certificate and certified copies of a success document for certificates of legal prep, basic education, legitimate secondary and secondary For public and secondary vocational schools, a certified copy of failure notices and a statement of employment status for workers in the Ministry of Education, and for the University of Damascus, we provide a transcript of marks, a university life document, and a document for postponing military service.

Yamani explained that the services currently provided in the electronic citizen service centers, in addition to the above, a financial clearance (for companies and individuals assigned from the Damascus Finance, a statement of descriptions and ownership of real estate interests, a plan, a survey statement, a real estate registration statement, a chain of owners of real estate interests, as well as a denial or proof of ownership from the alphabetical index. Yamani pointed to relying on national efforts in building the project, and it was done with the help of local internal companies, in addition to the efforts of our cadres and those in charge of the program, who are making a double effort to continuously develop it to match the new services available on mobile, Google and Android, and every period the program is updated and gaps are avoided. Yamani stated that the National Authority for Network Services has greatly assisted in the field of programmatic security protection for the centers and carried out complete security tests for the program.

Yamani explained that a new service has been opened in cooperation with post centers (Enforcement Centers) for postal tracking that is useful for providing the service for those who do not have smart phones or computers, as the access center provides the service in exchange for payment in cash in the access center and the service is delivered by mail, and this service is currently implemented as an experiment in Lattakia. And its suburbs only.

The head of the Electronic Citizen Service Center, Eng. Lilas Al-Hassan, during her supervision of the workflow at the center, indicated that all employees have been trained in specialized training and have become familiar with all the programs used in the center and they are doing their work to the fullest. The center also provides training to all other parties concerned with the e-citizen service center that we deal with. .

The company has assigned a special number for the Electronic Citizen Service Center to receive complaints, which is 8000.
