His stance was overruled

There were different views
that had been raised in the framework of the different meetings. The President listened to the position that the Ministry of Education had as Carla Vizzotti ( of Health) and
settled the debate with his decision
".
He continued: "I did not present my resignation, it was a moment of anxiety, but I have to recognize something very valuable:
the President is responsible
for the burden that governing implies
.

Trotta, in that sense, considered that Fernández made the decision
"Not because of what happens inside the school, but
because of the mobilization
that is the President's concern and sets the references in the epidemiological field."
In this context, the minister first pointed out Horacio Rodríguez Larreta for prosecuting the DNU signed by Fernández, which, among other measures to stop the covid, established the virtuality of schools.

A head of government is not only ABL, but governing and making unpleasant decisions.
The president makes this decision because everything can go to hell and it is a situation of enormous complexity."
