The planned new development area “Kapellanger Ost” in Pischertshofen has made a step forward.
The municipal council has determined what is to be built on the approximately 8,500 square meter area: single-family and semi-detached houses, but also an apartment building.
Egenhofen - The responsible planner presented three possible building concepts to the committee, as Mayor Martin Obermeier (NLE) explains on request. The first provided for single-family houses only, the second single-family and semi-detached houses and the third single-family and multi-family houses. Ultimately, the local council decided on a combination of the first and third variant. Public parking spaces are also planned, said the town hall chief. "That was important to the local council."
According to Obermeier, around eight single-family houses, three semi-detached houses and one multi-family house could be built. The exact number of houses only shows the further planning. It must also be clarified where the rainwater drains and whether and how much the houses are endangered by the water. Because the new development area is located in a depression, and when it rains heavily, the water flows down the slope, says Obermeier. Therefore, possible solutions are being sought. The concepts are then presented to the local council.
The new development area, which is located at the Pischertshofen exit in the direction of Englertshofen, was launched in 2019. Obermeier hopes that the zoning process will be completed by the end of the year. If everything goes according to plan, Obermeier estimates that the municipality could start selling the first plots around the turn of the year 2022/23. it
