The branch of the Syrian Foundation for Trade in Quneitra launched the red meat and chicken items through its hall in Al-Baath city at lower prices than the market, with the aim of providing the material to citizens during the month of Ramadan and to achieve positive intervention in the markets.
The director of the Foundation's branch, Firas Mahawish, confirmed in a statement to SANA's correspondent today that veal, sheep and chicken are available at competitive prices, as the price of a kilogram of hebrew veal is sold at 16,500 pounds, and a kilogram of lamb meat is sold for 12,500 pounds, and a fully cleaned chicken is 6,700 pounds.
