The Mexican Ministry of Health announced the registration of 409 deaths and 3,911 new cases of Coronavirus during the last 24 hours.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying in a statement that the total number of infections in the country reached two million 323 thousand and 430 cases, while the total deaths from the virus reached 214,504.
The government says the real number of infections is likely much higher, while separate data published recently indicate that the actual number of deaths is at least 60 percent higher than the confirmed figures.
