The federal emergency brake will be accompanied by a faster change between distance and face-to-face teaching from May 3rd. So far - and also for the coming week - the rule has been that if the incidence * on Friday is over 100, then homeschooling applies in the following week for the region. In the future, you will have to switch to distance teaching two days after crossing the 100 limit. As before, pupils in the final classes and in the fourth and eleventh grades are excluded from the rule. The new rules do not make planning any easier for parents, teachers and students.

The rule for returning to alternate or face-to-face lessons has even been tightened again.

Up to an incidence of 100, students are allowed back to school, but only if the value is held in one region for five days.
